While there are still stream crossing, stumps, and shrubs to deal with, the boondocking isn't too bad around Summit Rd. near Andies Prairie. Snowbiking conditions are actually really good except the melt/freeze layer isn't supportive so you punch through if you put a foot down. This ended up giving me a daily allotment of deadlift workouts. The groomer went out and back on Summit Rd, putting down a nice fatbike track that fellow Summervillian Forrest took advantage of. It was snowing after noon but not enough to make much difference.
